Coronavirus Update- a message to our customers.

We want to let you know what we are doing in response to the Coronavirus outbreak to protect our staff and our customers.

We are following the government health advice to make sure that our customers and our colleagues stay safe and we are putting all of the necessary measures in place to ensure this advice is followed by everyone.

We understand this is a challenging time and we have put our business plans into action so we can still supply our water and water services to all of our customers.

Advice from the World Health Organization is that the water treatment process by your Municipal water system — specifically the addition of chlorine which is routinely used for disinfection — will kill the virus.


Since physical contact is discouraged, we have the ability to still service you without contact. If you are a deliver to bottle water customer, please call us and we can leave your water wherever you say and collect your empty bottles.

If you are a prospective customer who desires to have your water tested and thinks that a water treatment system is needed for you home (whether is be city water or well water) you can leave us a water sample in a clear plastic bottle. We will pick up the sample and call you with the test results and a recommendation for cleaning up what we find.


If you are struggling with your water bill from us, you can take the needed time to make your payment. We will not restrict deliveries due to nonpayment for 4- 6 months. We also have financing for new water systems.
